Please note that all payments made towards registration, workshops, accommodation, and related services are non-refundable. This policy has been established to ensure smooth planning and execution of the event, which involves extensive logistical and operational commitments.
By completing your registration on www.emsi2025.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance, changes in travel plans, or unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual

• upon written request and approval by the organizing committee.

• In the unlikely event of event postponement or cancellation due to force majeure or government restrictions, the organizing team will provide appropriate updates regarding alternate dates or credit options.
